Peggy J. Cole

February 24, 1954 — June 10, 2024

On the evening of June 10, 2024, Peggy passed away peacefully at Valley View Home after a four year battle with COPD. Peggy was 70 years old.

Peggy Cole was born on February 24, 1954 in the town of Havre in Hill County, Montana at 12:47a.m. to parents, Chuck and Harriet (Olson) Fralick. She joined two sisters, Kathy and Martha, and one brother, Mike.  They later moved to Nashua, Montana in 1958, where she graduated from Nashua High School in 1972. As a child, she enjoyed spending time in the summers at her grandparent’s house in Minnesota and in high school, she enjoyed spending time with her friends and being in cheer.

Peggy worked at D&G Sports and Western for over 20 years and then worked for Fort Peck Credit Union for seven years before retiring. She liked her daily interactions with the public and built many long lasting friendships throughout her years of customer service.

She loved going to Monday night bowling league with her bowling buddies and loved their annual bowling trips together. She enjoyed reminiscing with old friends, reading, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. They were her pride and joy.

Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, Chuck and Harriet Fralick, her sister, Kathy Ramsbacher, and non-biological son, Juan Velazquez.

She is survived by her siblings, Martha (Rodney) Adkins, of Nashua, and Mike Fralick, of Minnetrista, Minnesota; and her children: Jebadiah (Michelle) Cole, of Missoula, Montana, Kelly Cole, of Glasgow, Montana, and Katie (David) Molodecki of Billings, Montana. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Mattea Piersak, Kiyah Courchene, Anthony Cole, Lilith Kniffen, Braeden Cole, Uriah Cole, Taylor Trathen, Harlie Cooper, Noah Cooper, and Aylah Vaughn; and great-granddaughter, VyElle Doney.

Peggy will be dearly missed by her family and friends. May the Lord bring comfort to all those who mourn her loss.
