Judy E. Miller, born August 29, 1949, in Kalispell, Montana, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a life marked by resilience, quiet strength, and enduring presence. She spent her life in Montana, where she was supported within caring residential communities, including her longtime residence at Milk River, Inc. in Glasgow.
Judy was known for her gentle spirit and her enjoyment of simple pleasures. She loved being outdoors, especially sitting in the sunshine, going for walks, and spending time in warm environments. Music brought her comfort, and she found joy in one-on-one interactions with those who cared for and supported her. Judy appreciated routine and familiarity and expressed herself in her own meaningful ways.
Throughout her life, Judy faced significant health and developmental challenges with quiet perseverance. She was supported by dedicated caregivers who worked to ensure her comfort and well-being. Those around her came to understand her preferences, her routines, and the small moments that brought her comfort and happiness.
Judy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Olaf and Pearlie Ness; her mother, Hazel Anderson; her father, Jack Miller; and her eight sisters: Daisy, Pearlie, Violet, Jackie, Lucille, Esther, Susan, and Clara.
She is survived by her brother, Ernest Anderson; five nephews; four nieces; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews who carry forward her memory.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff and providers who offered Judy compassionate care throughout her life. Her memory will remain in the hearts of those who knew and supported her.
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at Bell Mortuary in Glasgow, Montana with Pastor Bonnie Novak officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery in Glasgow, Montana.
