Glasgow

Daniel “Danny” Begs His Own was born on July 9th, 1954, in Poplar, Montana. His parents were Josephine Reddoor and Henry Begs His Own. Danny made his journey home to be with the creator on February 4th, 2026, in Glasgow, Montana.

Danny attended high school in Wolf Point, Montana. He graduated from Wolf Point High School in 1974. While in high school, Danny loved reading  and also loved running on the track team. After high school, he received a scholarship to run track at Dawson Community College. After college, he became a firefighter. Before making Glasgow his home, he also lived in Minneapolis and Billings. In his free time, Danny enjoyed going to watch rodeos and dumpster diving. Danny also enjoyed going on cruises in his car while listening to music and just having a good time. Above everything else, Danny loved his family and spending time with everyone. Danny was a very kind and caring soul who always found a way to make people laugh and feel better. Danny left behind his only daughter Angela and his grandchildren.

Danny is proceeded in death by his parents Josephine and Henry Begs His Own; sisters Hattie Parker, Sharon Begs His Own, Mary-anne Left Bridge, Dorthy Follet, and Myrna Broughtplenty; brother Jerald Begs His Own; and his best friend, Toby Carlson.

He is survived by his brothers Noelle “Tiny” Begs His Own of Glasgow, and Robert “Jumbo” Begs His Own of Topeka, Kansas; nephews Robert “Bobby” White, Pernell Begs His Own of Frazer, Robin Begs His Own of Billings, David Parker of Poplar, Dustin and Joseph Begs His Own of Oklahoma; nieces Anita Ritch of Louisianna, Harriet Follet of Wolf Point; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. With such an extensive family, some members may have been unintentionally left out and for that we do apologize.
