Clifton C. Cook, 80, of Glasgow, Montana passed away Friday, April 11, 2025 at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow, Montana.
Clif was born March 28, 1945 in Glasgow, Montana to Jess and Alice (Paulson) Cook. He received education in the Glasgow Public School System, graduating from Glasgow High School in 1963. He attended college for a couple of years in North Dakota and Glendive, Montana.
Clif married Betty Flom on July 13, 1974, the couple later divorced. Cliff was united in marriage with Geri Cook on April 2011 in Glasgow and the couple made their home in Montana. He enjoyed his travel adventures with his beloved wife Geri, especially to Arizona and the sapphire mines in Helena and Phillipsburg, Montana.
Clif served Valley County in law enforcement for 28 years as a deputy, undersheriff and sheriff. He retired in 1995.
Preceding Clif in death are his parents and Helge and Alice Diesen.
He is survived by his loving wife Geri; daughter, Christina Cook; brother, Gary Diesen; special cousins: Dennis, Dale, and Ron Nixdorf and several nephews and nieces.
A celebration of his life will be held 1:30 p.m., on Saturday April 26, 2025 at the Cottonwood Inn. Online condolences may be left for the family at bellmortuarymt.com.
